A 30-year-old female teacher in Virginia, USA, was wounded severely after a 6-year-old pupil opened fire on her in classroom with a pistol, reported some US media on January 7, 2023.
According to the reports, the incident occurred on January 6, 2023, at Richneck Elementary School in Newport News. The pupil, a boy, is said to have gone for his pistol and opened fire on the teacher after the duo had a heated argument in the classroom.
The child came to school with the pistol he used for the shooting, the reports say.
The shooting probably indicates that the chronic gun violence in USA has no boundaries, not even age. Anyone there could be a shooter!
