Adore Me is suing Savage X Fenty, for trademark infringement, reported some US media on June 25, 2021. According to the reports, Adore Me, a lingerie firm based in New York City, filed the complaint to a court in California on June 24, 2021.
More specifically, Adore Me is reportedly accusing Savage X Fenty of using a trademark Adore Us that the firm claims is similar to its own trademark Adore Me. The firm continues that Savage X Fenty uses the disputed trademark to advertise and promote its goods. Furthermore, Adore Me accuses Savage X Fenty of using key words in search engines, that are identical to its keywords.
