Nick Cannon Trivializes Marriage Concept As Outdated, Materialistic, and Eurocentric

Nick Cannon has hit back hard on critics who lambast him for having 7 children with 4 different women. The famous television host, comedian, rapper, and actor reportedly unleashed the retaliatory attack during a recent interview with The Breakfast Club.

During the interview, Nick Cannon is said to have unwaveringly defended his family pattern choice of having several families with different women at the same time and wondered why the critics find that a matter of concern. He insinuated that the critics may probably be concerned because his choice deviates from the classic institution of marriage. He added that he is aware of the concept of marriage and trivialized it as outdated, materialistic, and Eurocentric. He particularly expressed his distaste of the aspect of the concept that requires a man to have one woman for the rest of his life!

The famous African American continued that his stance on marriage is shared by the women he has children with. Elaborating that, he observed that the 4 mothers of his 7 children are the ones who initiated and made the decisions about having children with him. As such, he claimed that himself just followed decisions made by the women. He emphasized that he does not go about looking for women to impregnate and that it was important to know that women are the ones who always lead and make decisions in family units.

Nick Cannon has 2 children with former wife and diva Mariah Carey, 2 children with former Miss Guam and model Brittany Bell, 2 children with broadcasting professional Abby De La Rosa, and 1 child with model Alyssa Scott. The last three children were all born in June 2021, implying that Nick Cannon impregnated Abby De La Rosa and Abby Scott simultaneously and when Brittany Bell was pregnant with his 4th child who is now 7 months old.
