Kenya's Ex-President Moi Dies At 95

Former president of Kenya Daniel arap Moi is dead at 95. He died on the early morning of February 4, 2020 at a private hospital in Nairobi, reported some East African media.
Daniel arap Moi ruled Kenya for over two decades, from 1978 to 2002, following the death of Kenya's first president Jomo Kenyatta.
Ex-President Daniel arap Moi is said to have been both loved and hated in his country. On the one hand, his supporters are said to have praised him for patriotism, peace making, and ensuring education for all children, among others. On the other hand, his opponents have lambasted his regime as dictatorial, brutal, and corrupt.
