Inaugural Africa Caribbean Trade And Investment Forum Kicks Off In Barbados

The inaugural Africa Caribbean Trade and Investment Forum also called AfriCaribbean Trade and Investment Forum 2022 or simply ACTIF 2022 kicked off in Bridgetown, Barbados, on September 1, 2022. The forum that is hosted by the Government of Barbados and the African Export – Import Bank (Afreximbank), was officially opened by Barbados’ Prime Minister Mia Mottley.
About 750 delegates from Africa, the Caribbean, and other Africa’s diaspora communities in the world, are said to be attending the event. The delegates include government officials and private sector representatives.
ACTIF 2022 is scheduled to end on September 3, 2022.
