Diddy Accused By Anna Kane Of Penetration From Rear Without Consent In Amended Lawsuit

One of the numerous people accusing Diddy of sexual crimes, using pseudonyms, has revealed her real name, after a court ordered her to do so in an amended lawsuit if she still wants to continue with her request for court action. That was reported by some US media on December 7, 2024.

According to the reports, the accuser is Anna Kane who is said to have filed a lawsuit against Diddy accusing him of sexual assault, in 2023, using a pseudonym Ms Doe.

Reportedly, in her amended lawsuit that was filed on December 6, 2024, Anna Kane claimed that at the age of just 17, she was invited to Diddy's recording studio in New York City (NYC) by one of his business colleagues. When inside the studio, she claimed that she was given ample booze and drugs. She added that as she was in the bathroom bending on a hand washing basin, Diddy who followed her there, pulled down her knickers, and penetrated her from rear without her consent. She indicated that the popular billionaire rapper took quite a while to get off her. After him, three of his colleagues also got on her and had unconsented sex with her one after the other, with one of them opting for oral sex. She further alleged that when the unconsented gang sexual encounter in the bathroom was eventually over, she was lying on the floor and could barely stand up!

Diddy who is currently in incarceration in NYC awaiting trial over, among others, sex trafficking charges, after been denied bail on several occasions, has reportedly not commented on the amended lawsuit against him by Anna Kane. However, in 2023, he strongly dismissed her claims as they were then in her original lawsuit.

Anna Kane is ex-wife of NHF star Evander Kane.
