45 Perish In Bus Crash In South Africa

45 people perished in a bus crash in South Africa on March 28, 2024, reported some South African media.
According to the reports, the deadly accident occurred on the Mma Matlakala Bridge between the towns of Marken and Mokopane in Limpopo Province. The bus driver is believed to have lost control of the bus on the bridge that is located on a scenic curved part of the road, sending it over the side of the bridge before plunging 50 meters down onto the bottom of a rocky ravine and bursting into flames.
The bus is said to have been registered in Botswana, and was travelling from Gaborone to the town of Moira in Limpopo Province. All the passengers in the bus were killed in the accident except one, an 8-year-old child.
