4 000 killed By Measles Outbreak In DRC In 2019
At least 4 000 people have been killed by outbreak of measles in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) so far in 2019, reported some media on October 10, 2019. Most of those killed are said to have been children. The death toll from measles is a lot higher than that from the Ebola epidemic during the same period. In 2019 the Ebola epidemic reportedly killed 2144 people in DRC.
