Ethiopian Airlines Places $3 Billion Order For 10 Airbus A350s

At the Paris Airshow in France in June 2017, Ethiopian Airlines placed an order for 10 Airbus A350-900 wide-bodied aeroplanes. The order consolidate the airline's position as Africa's aviation titan. The airline is already operating this kind of aeroplane.
Further to the new order, Ethiopian Airlines previously made firm orders for: additional 2 Airbus A350-900s, 2 Boeing 777s (freight), 30 Boeing 737s, and 5 Bombardier Dash 8-400s of which two have been delivered. Currently, the airline's fleet include: Boeing 787s, Airbus 350s, Boeing 777s (both civil and freight), Boeing 757s, Boeing 737s, and Bombardier Q400s. _______________________________ © 2015 - 2017 Africauptodate.
